Aren't avatars the bomb? You can make yourself over, and it doesn't require a gym membership, a personal shopper, or an inheritance.

I love my Yahoo! avatar. Her clothes closet is completely organized, and everything in it looks wonderful on her. Plus she strikes a pose in a fantastic office space, and gets around to sushi bars and biker clubs in her spare time. Accompanied everywhere, of course, by her faithful cat. (I actually have two cats, but Yahoo only lets your avatar have one pet, and this cat looked like a cross between Hugo and Zoe, so I went with it.)

Ah, if only I could get my life to look like that in just a few clicks.
